However, please note that this charger is not compatible with the Razor X-Treme X-250 or the Razor Hoverboard Hovertrax 1.5 2.0, Swagtron T1, T3, T6, as these devices use lithium-ion batteries.

If this charger does not power your scooter, there are a few possible reasons: 1. The charger may not be compatible with your specific scooter model. Always check the compatibility before purchasing. 2. Your battery may be broken. Lead-acid batteries have a limited lifespan, and if your battery is over 12 months old or has been unused for 2-3 months, it is likely damaged. In this case, the charger will still show a green light, indicating that it is not charging. 3. The charger itself may be defective. If this is the case, we will provide a full refund or a replacement.

This charger has an output of 42V 2A and uses an XLR connector. The input voltage range is 90-264Vac, and the frequency range is 47-63Hz.
